As officers of the Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering (WECE), we know firsthand the importance of strong leadership in guiding and growing a successful group. Our organization aims to empower and support women in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and through our leadership, we are able to provide valuable resources and opportunities to our members.

One of the most important things that leadership does for WECE is setting a clear vision and mission. This helps us stay focused on our goals and ensures that we are working towards something meaningful and impactful. Additionally, our leadership team is responsible for organizing events and activities that align with our mission and provide our members with valuable experiences, such as social events, corporate talks, and volunteer efforts

By providing a supportive community and opportunities for growth and development, we are able to help women in ECE achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
